September rent is an out-of-pocket expense. Fall quarter is due October 1^st, Winter quarter is due January 1^st, and Spring quarter is due April 1^st. For rental rates click here.
In some cases, a rent installment may also be due prior to move-in and will be noted on the Payment Schedule.
First and last months of your contract are not prorated.
Financial Aid disburses full amount of aid including the rent portion of aid to the resident prior to each quarter. Note that rent is NOT deducted from the financial aid disbursement prior to release to students. Resident is responsible for making rent payments directly to Stonehaven.
The Resident is responsible for making payments to Stonehaven as specified in the Contract without demand or billing.
Do not use inter-campus mail to send payments.

Electricity Cap

1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom	$30 cap
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom	$40 cap

Overage (above the cap) will be calculated and divided equally amongst the number of residents in the apartment.
To avoid high electricity bills, remember to turn off/unplug small appliances whenever you leave your apartment.

Move-Out Cleaning Charge

A standard cleaning charge is incurred to ALL residents at move-out. Standard cleaning/deodorizing charges will be assessed between $80 and $200 for all apartment types.
A standard carpet cleaning charge of up to $75 will also be assessed on all units.
Standard cleaning charges will be equally divided between all residents.
Additional cleaning charges may apply depending on condition of your unit at your move out.

Make a Housing Payment

Online: Stonehaven residents can pay online here. All credit and debit card transactions are assessed a non-refundable service fee.
Online payment helpful information:

Credit on ledger: If your balance due states that you have a credit it is likely a prepayment was made. It reads as a credit until the charge is posted to your account. Example, rent is posted as a charge on the 1^st of the month or if a payment is made for a parking permit and the charge has not yet been posted. Once the charges post the credit will be applied towards the charges and the credit will clear.

In Person: Payments can be made in person at the Stonehaven Resident Services Office. Make checks payable to "Stonehaven Student Housing." Money orders are not accepted.

Drop Off: Stonehaven residents can use the "Mail Drop" slot located outside of the main entrance of the Stonehaven Resident Services Office building.

Pay Near Me: PayNearMe allows residents to pay rent in cash at thousands of participating retail locations including 7-Eleven & CVS. To find a PayNearMe close to your property, go to: https://home.paynearme.com/locations. For how to instructions click here. You will need to provide a barcode to present to the store clerk. Bar code can be created at the resident portal "Payment" page and click on "Accounts Tab" under "Walk in Payments".

Delinquent Accounts

All housing payments are due on the 1st of the month for both monthly and quarterly payment plans. Housing Services may initiate eviction procedures and associated fees for delinquent accounts.
